Associate, Portfolio Analytics

Our client, a leading global investment firm, is seeking an Associate, Portfolio Analytics to join a dynamic finance team. This organization has a strong track record across multiple investment strategies and a culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

About the role

This position will partner closely with investment professionals and other internal teams, providing portfolio analysis, performance reporting, valuation insights, and investor support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Partner with investment teams to monitor portfolio investments and evaluate quarterly valuation and performance activity.
• Analyze portfolio diversification, valuation movements, and the key factors driving investment gains and losses.
• Support the preparation of quarterly investor reporting.
• Develop reporting schedules, analytical materials, and documentation to support recurring investor deliverables.
• Coordinate investment amendments and consents and provide relevant portfolio data to Investor Relations for presentations and fundraising initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience with a Big 4 or top public accounting firm with investment management clients.
• CPA a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated academic achievement, coupled with initiative and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
