About the role

As a proud member of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians, ENTAA Care is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our patients by delivering exceptional, compassionate care to both adults and children. Our practice offers a comprehensive range of ENT services, including Allergy and Immunology, Audiology, Dermatology, Otolaryngology, and Speech Pathology. We are currently seeking an energetic, compassionate full-time (40 hours) Otolaryngologist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient patient flow through effective communication, problem-solving, and patient care activities.
• Provide direct patient care including exams, assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing medications.
• Refer patients to specialists and coordinate appropriate care.
• Supervise medical staff and participate in teaching, administrative, and committee duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, quality standards, safety regulations, and infection control.
• Maintain accurate, complete medical records and ensure proper coding/documentation.
• Attend meetings, CME, and professional development activities per policy.
• Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, professional standards, and all applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Maryland Medical Specialty License or Certification
• Board Certification in specialty area of medical practice
• Federal DEA License
• CDS Certification
• Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS Provider)
• Malpractice Insurance

Pay

Salary Range: Minimum $10.00/hour – Maximum $200.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

Schedule

Day Shift, Full Time (40 hours per week). The Hospital reserves the right to modify employee schedules as needed.
