About the role

The University of California, Irvine (UCI) Department of Emergency Medicine is seeking skilled physicians who are passionate about advancing clinical care, education, and research.

Responsibilities

• Provide services at the Urgent Care in UCI Health-Irvine.
• Occasionally provide services at the Emergency Department at UCI Health-Orange on an ad-hoc basis.
• Attend to patients and cover resident physician shifts when present.
• Comply with all compliance standards, complete required trainings, and adhere to proper documentation processes.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain UCI medical staff privileges.
• California Medical License/California Medical License eligibility.
• Active and current DEA certification.
