Associate - Patent Prosecution (Chemistry)

Requirements
- PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field with small molecule and/or pharmaceutical experience
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a Prosecution Attorney
- Active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements
- Registered before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
- Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials
- Strong analytical skills to conduct complex and detailed analysis of legal matters
- Enjoy communicating with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff
- Enthusiasm for working within a team-oriented environment and contributing to effective team relationships
Pay
The salary range for this position is $225,000 - $260,000. The salary offered will depend upon qualifications and experience and will be adjusted for flex-time schedules.
