Associate Pastor // Worship & Media

The Brook is a Reformed Baptist church in Madison, AL. We are seeking a full-time Associate Pastor of Worship and Media.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the worship team, including planning and directing services
• Create and maintain a media ministry that supports the church’s mission and vision
• Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall church experience
• Develop and implement strategies for engaging the congregation through various media platforms

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Ministry, Music, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in leading worship teams and developing media ministries
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Active member of a Reformed Baptist church
• Passion for the church’s mission and vision
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Skills

• Proficiency in music production and sound engineering
• Experience with video editing and social media management
• Strong leadership and teaching abilities
