ASSOCIATE PASTOR OF WORSHIP AND STUDENT MINISTRIES

Gateway Community Church in Middleton, Wisconsin, is seeking a passionate Associate Pastor of Worship and Student Ministries to help lead their growing church family into its next season of life and ministry. Middleton offers small-town charm with big-city opportunity—a vibrant, welcoming community surrounded by lakes, scenic trails, and top-ranked schools, just minutes from downtown Madison.

You will lead worship with a flexible style that connects across generations and create Christ-centered environments that invite authentic worship. You’ll also invest deeply in students by leading youth gatherings, building relationships, developing leaders, and planning events that help students grow in faith and serve in the life of the church.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship with strong vocal and piano skills, ensuring a flexible style that resonates across generations.
• Create Christ-centered environments that foster authentic worship experiences.
• Lead and disciple students through youth gatherings, relationship-building, and leadership development.
• Plan and execute events that encourage student growth in faith and service within the church.
• Demonstrate basic tech proficiency to support worship and student ministry environments.
• Equip others to participate in worship and student ministry leadership.

• Alignment with Gateway’s foundation of expository preaching, elder-led leadership, authentic relationships, and disciple-making.

Pay
