Role Overview

Kyndryl Consult is a fast-growing business within Kyndryl, playing a crucial role in the company's strategic growth. As a Consult Partner, you will lead complex consulting engagements, build strong client relationships, and foster talent development and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets
  • Manage margin expectations and backlog growth
  • Identify, pursue, and convert business development opportunities
  • Scoping and fee negotiation on engagements, ensuring profitability and risk management
  • Lead C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs
  • Deliver high-quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders
  • Plan and implement post-deal implementation strategies
  • Secure client references and enhance client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
  • Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives
  • Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins
  • Experience in managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology
  • Solid personal brand and presence in the industry
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change

Pay and Schedule

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $185,760 to $334,320 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your location and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California (San Francisco Bay Area): $222,960 to $401,160 California (All Other): $204,360 to $367,800 Colorado: $185,760 to $334,320 Massachusetts: $185,760 to $367,800 New York City: $222,960 to $401,160 Washington: $204,360 to $367,800 Washington DC: $204,360 to $367,800 This position is eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans.
