About the role

As an Associate Orthodontist, you will be a key member of the practice, contributing to both clinical excellence and overall patient experience. You will work with Dr. Todd Wentz, a long-time Alaska resident and well-known orthodontist in the community, supported by a high-performing and well-established team. In this role, you will lead treatment planning and care while delivering an exceptional patient experience rooted in trust. You will play an important role in educating patients on the value of orthodontic treatment, helping guide them through their care journey and supporting case acceptance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead treatment planning and care

Requirements

  • Current license to practice orthodontics in Alaska
  • At least 2 years of post-doctoral orthodontic experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for providing high-quality care and building long-term relationships

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
  • Completed residency program in orthodontics
  • Excellent clinical skills and a passion for orthodontics
  • Experience with digital technology and software
