Associate or Full Professor Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine – AC Track

About the role

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Pulmonary Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Associate or Full Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track.

Responsibilities

• Board certification in Pediatric Pulmonary or Pediatric Sleep Medicine are required.
• Rank will be commensurate with experience.
• May have leadership responsibilities.
• Teaching responsibilities may include the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows, as well as formal lecture and medical education opportunities within the department.
• Clinical responsibilities may include seeing patients in the inpatient and outpatient settings.
• May also have opportunities to participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical or translational research.

Requirements

• An M.D. or equivalent degree.

Qualifications

• Research is not required for faculty on the AC Track however the successful candidate may collaborate/contribute to research.
