About the role

An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive optometric care to patients - Perform eye examinations and prescribe corrective lenses - Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations - Collaborate with the Subleasing doctor to manage the practice

Requirements

- Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited program - Current Florida Optometry license - Comprehensive knowledge of optometry practices and procedures - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in using optometric equipment and software - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Effective leadership and management skills
