Associate, Opportunity & Engagement Set-Up
Responsibilities
- Assist with processing opportunities, manage key performance indicators, work with pursuit teams to finalize opportunities, and allow for engagement code set up if the work is won
- Collaborate with pursuit team(s) to gather additional details necessary to progress opportunity lifecycle activities and facilitate the successful resolution of any issues that arise
- Complete CLEAS/CEAC as necessary for an opportunity, including reviewing accompanying documents during setup and facilitating any necessary edits for Risk Management approval
- Submit Sentinel requests and facilitate resolution of conflict checks through approval
- Update pricing estimates and initiate them into workflow
- Support the end-to-end DRB and SOI processes
- Identify qualifications (including Global Investments), advise pursuit teams, facilitate leadership review sessions, manage monthly reporting, and drive ongoing process enhancements
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of recent experience supporting opportunity lifecycle management related work, and experience within a professional services firm (or similar environment) is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business or two years of recent experience mitigating risk management, independence and pricing needs related to a sales agreement
- Familiarity with software applications and systems of the Firm, including Salesforce, Certinia (pricing tool), Sentinel, CLEAS; aIQ Gemini and M365 Copilot preferred
- Highly skilled in critical thinking and analytical problem solving, with a proven ability to tackle complex challenges and offer effective solutions; strong time management skills and the aptitude to effectively manage stakeholder expectations; demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in making day-to-day decisions in formulating solutions to problems
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, allowing for proactive task and project management, as well as stakeholder engagement
- Some travel may be required, and general workdays sometimes exceed a 9:00am-5:00pm local time workday, possibly resulting in some weekend coverage
