Associate, New Verticals - Catalog Strategy & Operations

About The Team

The New Verticals team is dedicated to expanding DoorDash beyond restaurants and facilitating deliveries for any customer desire. Our Catalog, Fulfillment, and Logistics team aims to onboard merchants efficiently, fulfill orders swiftly and accurately, and optimize our logistics network.

About The Role

The Catalog pod focuses on improving merchant onboarding processes through automation and technology. This role involves analyzing data, building strategic initiatives, collaborating with internal teams, and leading cross-functional workstreams to enhance New Verticals' initiatives.

Qualifications

• You are excited about solving problems from first principles and embracing innovative approaches.
• You are an experienced operator who can handle both high-level strategy and detailed operational tasks.
• You are analytical and comfortable using AI tools to streamline workflows and solve complex business problems.
• You have 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, startups, or similar fields.
• You hold a completed Bachelor’s degree.

Paid Time Off

• Salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
• Hourly roles: accrues vacation at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked, and paid sick time at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
