Associate Merchandise designer

We're looking for an Associate Merchandise Designer to join a creative team supporting the development and approval of consumer merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Help design and review 2D product concepts
• Collaborate with designers, licensees, and internal creative teams
• Review product submissions and provide creative feedback
• Help ensure products maintain strong brand and character integrity
• Organize product samples and creative assets
• Support multiple projects and deadlines at once
• Learn the ins and outs of merchandise development and creative approvals

Requirements

• Design degree or related creative background
• Entry-level to 1–2 years of experience
• Strong design sense and attention to detail
• Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop skills
• Great organizational and communication skills
• Interest in merchandise, consumer products, entertainment, or licensing

We're open to raw talent. You don't need years of toy or merchandise experience. If you have strong design fundamentals, a great eye, and the organizational skills to keep creative projects moving, we'd love to hear from you!
