About the role

As an Associate Licensed Therapist, you’ll support a diverse caseload of approximately 25 clients, including children, teens, and adults navigating trauma or neurodivergence. You’ll provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy in a hybrid setting, using approaches that go beyond traditional talk therapy. You’ll collaborate with a team that values growth and shared purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thoughtful phone assessments and connect clients to the best-fit care
  • Integrate neurofeedback and trauma-focused therapies into your clinical work
  • Contribute to a warm, supportive team that celebrates both client success and clinician development

Requirements

  • LPCA or LMSW licensure

Pay

$45-50 per hour, depending on experience and training.

Schedule
