About the role
As an Associate Licensed Therapist, you’ll support a diverse caseload of approximately 25 clients, including children, teens, and adults navigating trauma or neurodivergence. You’ll provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy in a hybrid setting, using approaches that go beyond traditional talk therapy. You’ll collaborate with a team that values growth and shared purpose.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- LPCA or LMSW licensure

Pay
$45-50 per hour, depending on experience and training.
Schedule
Part-time, non-salaried, fee-for-service position with a minimum of 25 hours weekly. Potential to work as many hours as preferred. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
