Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical and operational priorities with leadership
- Manage provider onboarding, scheduling, and workflow
- Oversee quality programs and clinician development
- Mentor physicians and nurse practitioners
- Participate in performance reviews with the CMO
- Provide patient care coverage and clinician support
- Represent the market in committees and community activities
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted medical license in Tennessee
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- 3+ years of experience leading/supervising providers and APPs
- Proficiency in EMR systems or willingness to learn

$310,000 – $368,500 annually
