Providence Medical Group is immediately hiring compassionate Associate Medical Assistants and Medical Assistants in and around Everett, Mill Creek and Monroe to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Take vital signs, administer injections, and medication administration
  • Assist with patient examinations and procedures
  • Prepare examination rooms and equipment
  • Handle patient scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers
  • Provide administrative support and assist with billing processes

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands-on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants
  • Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program
  • Completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces
  • Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant
  • Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Six (6) months healthcare experience
  • Six (6) months medical assistant experience

Qualifications

  • Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands-on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants
  • Coursework/Training: Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program
  • Coursework/Training: Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces
  • Coursework/Training: Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes the following clinical skills: obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration
  • Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Six (6) months healthcare experience
  • Six (6) months medical assistant experience

Pay

Salary Range by Location:

  • Everett, WA: Min: $21.24; Max: $31.83
  • Everett, WA: Min: $23.15; Max: $35.42

Schedule

Monday- Friday, Day Shift
Full time, Part time and Per Diem positions available
