Responsibilities
- Manage promotional planning activities including ad layouts, themed events, weekly circulars, and digital advertising while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Support new item launches through planning, execution, performance monitoring, and collaboration with key stakeholders
- Maintain product content and digital assets across ecommerce platforms and contribute to development of digital marketing campaigns and content
- Cook up consumer marketing initiatives including loyalty programs, coupons, magazine content, and cross functional execution
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide insights to support optimization and future planning
Qualifications
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience Requirements: 2–4 years experience in relevant field (Marketing, communications, business, or related experience preferred)
- Travel requirement: No travel requirements
Supervisor Responsibility
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
- Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing campaigns and content development
- Proficiency in common business productivity tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities
