This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Chicago, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

A Day in the Life

  • Serve as the Associate Brand Manager and Content Strategist for annual, seasonal, and other content planning.
  • Support and manage day-to-day operations of the marketing content strategy, including the editorial planning calendar, message map, and cross-channel asset development process.
  • Bring an extremely organized approach to build, maintain, and optimize your own workflow systems.
  • Support the development of sound strategic communication plans based on clear understandings of the objectives.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Creative, Media, and Ecommerce to ensure our message is being communicated clearly and effectively across all channels to our consumers.
  • Act as a strong cross-functional communicator who bridges gaps and works seamlessly with creative partners.
  • Cover content briefings, including brief development, and driving day-to-day project management.
  • Analyze data, both internal and external, to determine areas of improvement in order to grow market share.
  • Partner with merchants to ensure product assortment serves the needs of our customer, and to identify opportunities to promote specific products for our various segments.
  • Deeply understand the product assortments through a creative and strategic lens.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Experience contributing to or developing breakthrough content strategies.
  • Ability to innovate new methods to attract customers to the brand, including emerging technology, non-traditional media strategies, and new techniques.
  • Proven project management experience with a demonstrated ability to easily adapt to shifting priorities, changing timelines, and fluid project scopes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience brainstorming successful content strategies and a track record of working collaboratively alongside creative and marketing cross-functional teams.
  • An innate confidence in system-building and an organized mindset that cuts through ambiguity.

Pay

Starting Rate: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
