About the role

Analyze and evaluate customer needs and circumstances, and develop strategies to mitigate market risks by using and customizing the bank's products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing client accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within the client organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.
• Manage ongoing relationships with identified client segments to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes based on client input.
• Develop and/or deliver a contingency plan for significant aspects of the risk management and/or risk control processes.
• Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at business sector events.
• Obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization, its products, and its services.
• Identify and evaluate complex, expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.

Skills

• Articulate client needs in the client's business language and business context.
• Analyze and research client and market conditions and facts in order to develop a full and comprehensive understanding of the client and its market to enable maximum returns.
• Accurately identify and understand the key buying influences pertaining to an opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3 to 6 years of general experience

Pay
