Associate Managers

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor retail associates, providing regular feedback to foster growth and development.
• Inspire and motivate the team to meet and exceed performance targets and sales goals.
• Model and enforce excellent customer service standards by promptly and professionally handling customer inquiries and resolving complex issues.
• Aid in managing daily store functions, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Monitor sales performance and trends to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and that all displays and products are presentable and appealing.
• Participate in the hiring process for new staff and assist with scheduling to ensure appropriate store coverage, especially during peak hours.
• Ensure the team adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Work with the Store Manager to conduct performance evaluations and document progress.

Required Qualifications And Skills

• 2+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to motivate a team and drive sales results.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in retail software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
