Serve as the primary point of contact for local marketing activities, ensuring all initiatives are strategically aligned with overarching brand objectives.
Provide essential local support for marketing strategies and participate in customer demonstration events, open houses, customer appreciation activities, and other public events designed to drive sales.
Use local knowledge to support go-to-market actions through local execution and insights, align marketing to local dynamics, and coordinate with organizational goals.
Build partnerships with MDU owners and property managers for referral deals and new marketing opportunities.
Lead non-sponsorship community engagement efforts, including outreach in schools, libraries, and other organizations.
Take ownership of planning, executing, and evaluating grassroots activities that reinforce the brand’s presence within local communities.
Collaborate with peers to develop, refine, and execute scalable grassroots models, toolkits, and event templates.
Enable local teams to efficiently activate brand strategies through standardized and customized programs adapted to meet diverse community needs.

Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
4+ years professional work experience
4+ years of brand marketing, community outreach or event planning experience
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Excellent presentation skills
Background and/or working knowledge in customer service, marketing, management and/or sales
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Located within a strategic market in assigned region
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5% to 35% of the time
