What You'll Do
- Build a strong, motivated production team capable of consistently delivering high-quality products against aggressive production targets
- Maintain a culture that prioritizes safety and quality through communication, action, and accountability
- Empower teams to collaborate with engineering to improve product manufacturability and line productivity
- Develop training programs and workforce development strategies for Supervisors and Production Associates
- Support issue resolution, including root cause investigation and corrective action tracking
- Drive standardization of work processes and ensure consistent practices across shifts and areas
- Utilize production performance metrics to optimize efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, and cost control
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience managing teams in a high-volume manufacturing setting
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience with demonstrated exceptional ability
- Strong ability to analyze and drive performance metrics (efficiency, quality, safety, cost)
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as necessary

Pay
- Supervisor Manufacturing - $86,400 - $129,600/annual salary
- Associate Mgr Manufacturing - $100,800 - $151,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
