Associate Manager of Product Development | Hybrid Cloud
About the role
Epicor is seeking an Associate Manager of Product Development to lead technical design, mentor development teams, and deliver secure, efficient systems for complex business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design sessions with customers, Product Owners, Product Management, Architects, and Developers.
- Translate customer requirements into secure, scalable, and efficient system designs.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to assess feasibility, risks, estimates, and priorities.
- Improve development methodologies, engineering practices, delivery processes, and automation.
- Mentor Architects, Developers, and technical team members to strengthen team capability.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, performance, and architectural alignment.
- Represent Epicor as a technical voice in internal and external forums.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in application engineering and enterprise software development.
- 3+ years’ experience leading development teams and mentoring technical talent.
- Strong Azure cloud architecture expertise.
- Strong technical leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audience.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
