Associate Manager, Innovation

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Manager Innovation to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Food & Beverages environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $97,300 – $133,815 annually Responsibilities Develop brand innovation strategies aligned with financial targets Translate consumer research into viable product concepts Collaborate with agencies to create consumer-focused innovation bundles Lead and facilitate the commercialization process for new products Manage cross-functional collaboration through the product launch phases Oversee ongoing brand pipeline management and development plans Analyze market data to identify and act on business opportunities Qualifications 6-8 years of experience in CPG marketing for food manufacturing Expertise in managing P&L effectively Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Nielsen Data or comparable Demonstrated passion for consumer insights and innovative thinking Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement Familiarity with the Stage Gate process for managing innovation initiatives Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects efficiently Benefits Health insurance with wellness and family support programs Life and disability insurance Retirement savings plans and educational support programs Generous paid leave and holiday programs Subsidized or fully company-paid benefits for many options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
