Associate Manager, Global B2B Marketing
Hyatt is seeking a collaborative, analytical, and execution-focused Associate Manager to join our Global B2B Marketing team. This role helps bring Hyatt's highest-priority marketing strategies to life, supporting initiatives that drive World of Hyatt acquisition and engagement among B2B audiences.
About the Role
Reporting to and working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help translate strategy into integrated marketing campaigns through strong project management, cross-functional coordination, campaign execution, and performance optimization. This role is well suited for a marketer who is a skilled executor and enjoys solving problems, improving processes, using data to uncover insights, and finding ways to make marketing more effective.
As part of Hyatt's Global B2B Marketing team, you will collaborate with colleagues across Loyalty, Brand, Digital, Creative, Sales, Marketing Operations, Events, and Paid Media while building experience across integrated marketing, customer engagement, and campaign optimization. Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, paid media, events, partnerships, sales enablement, and owned marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, and campaign documentation to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables across Creative, Digital, Marketing Operations, Paid Media, Loyalty, Sales, Brand, Events, and external agency partners.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and help resolve execution challenges to keep initiatives on track.
- Ensure quality assurance across campaign assets, marketing communications, and customer experiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and help to maintain reporting dashboards.
- Analyze marketing results to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct competitive research, audience analysis, and industry benchmarking to support marketing planning and future campaign recommendations.
- Support campaign recaps by documenting key insights, learnings, and optimization opportunities.
- Provide data-informed insights and recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Build strong working relationships across Marketing, Sales, Loyalty, Brand, Creative, Digital, Marketing Operations, Events, and agency partners.
- Coordinate project meetings, status updates, tracking, and cross-functional communications to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Communicate project risks early and recommend practical solutions that support successful execution.
- Support the development of presentations, marketing materials, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, and team efficiency.
- Help implement best practices that improve campaign execution, collaboration, and operational effectiveness.
- Maintain organized project documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
- Support testing initiatives and help measure campaign performance to inform future optimization.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of integrated marketing experience.
- Experience supporting multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Hospitality, travel, loyalty, or B2B marketing experience (preferred).
- Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns, customer engagement programs, or lifecycle marketing initiatives (preferred).
- Experience supporting industry events or tradeshow marketing (preferred).
- Familiarity with Workfront and Adobe Analytics, or similar project management and analytics programs (preferred).

Pay
The salary range for this position is $78,500 - $102,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.
