About the role
We are seeking an Associate Manager with strong data analysis skills to support financial and investment management, P&L optimization, and ROI tracking. This role involves building and maintaining financial models, developing business case frameworks, and performing post-launch reviews. Key responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain financial models
- Serve as a trusted cross-functional partner in evaluating investment requests
- Partner with Digital & Technology team to ensure correct value metrics are defined and financial assumptions are pressure tested
- Perform post-launch retro reviews
- Build and maintain KPI dashboard, track metrics against FY targets
- Aid in quarterly reporting on value measurement and realization for Franchise committee
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and translate data into actionable insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Investment Management
- Experience in QSR, retail, or multi-unit franchise industry
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in financial analysis
- Ownership mindset on work product
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel

Pay
The salary range for this position is $109,400 to $122,000 annually, with bonus eligibility and benefits. The actual salary will depend on location, experience, and other job-related factors.
