About the role

We are seeking an Associate Manager with strong data analysis skills to support financial and investment management, P&L optimization, and ROI tracking. This role involves building and maintaining financial models, developing business case frameworks, and performing post-launch reviews. Key responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain financial models
• Serve as a trusted cross-functional partner in evaluating investment requests
• Partner with Digital & Technology team to ensure correct value metrics are defined and financial assumptions are pressure tested
• Perform post-launch retro reviews
• Build and maintain KPI dashboard, track metrics against FY targets
• Aid in quarterly reporting on value measurement and realization for Franchise committee
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and translate data into actionable insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
• 6+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Investment Management
• Experience in QSR, retail, or multi-unit franchise industry
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively
• Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in financial analysis
• Ownership mindset on work product
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel

Pay

The salary range for this position is $109,400 to $122,000 annually, with bonus eligibility and benefits. The actual salary will depend on location, experience, and other job-related factors.
