Associate Manager, Entertainment Brand Solutions
Job Summary
Disney Advertising Sales is seeking an Associate Manager to report into Senior Manager, Entertainment Brand Solutions. The role is based in Los Angeles, California, and requires employees to be onsite for four days a week, currently out of our Santa Monica, CA location, with a planned office move to our Burbank, CA location in 2026.
Responsibilities And Duties Of The Role
- Participate in idea generation and help with creation of pitch materials (RFPs and proactive)
- Participate in and contribute to idea generation
- Aid in creation of client-facing pitch materials that detail (customized and market-wide) sponsorship opportunities
- Help manage approvals among key stakeholders (Management, Legal, BS&P, PR, Business Affairs, studios, producers, etc.)
- Update all internal opportunity trackers and documents for team
- Aid in managing approvals among key stakeholders (Management, Revenue Yield Management, Legal, BS&P, PR, Business Affairs, studios, producers, etc.)
- Develop social opportunities in collaboration with internal teams including the ABC Social Editorial team, Social Pricing and Activation, and the Disney Advertising Social Center of Excellence (SCOE)
- Aid in managing the activation process: timelines, trackers, approvals, production shoots, post-production, etc.
- May include: Assist in all project related correspondence including legal agreements and project management documents
- Coordinate and manage client and internal approvals
- Manage budgets and billing
- Responsible for digitizing and uploading all branded content
- Recap deals and case studies inclusive of research
- Maintain oversight of project elements delivering across all platforms
- Work with internal teams i.e. ABC Social Editorial and SCOE to execute social campaigns
- Serve as key contributor to the Scripted, Entertainment Brand Solutions team who serve as experts across ABC. Including but not limited to, Knowledge of show IP and processes
- Gather information and updates from key parties related to each scripted series (i.e., producing partners, internal ABC stakeholders) to ensure team members have the latest information
- Maintain show and department related documentation: budget management, department status reports, revenue and pitch trackers, case studies, research, competitive analysis, etc.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Legal, BS&P, Programming, PR, Sales, Creative, etc.) and serve as resource for ABC Scripted Programming related projects
- Support the revenue performance around ABC Scripted Programming to maximize partnership opportunities and revenue
- Aid team members on the development and execution of cross-platform (linear, digital, social etc.) deals
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training
- 3+ years of marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment and/or media at a broadcast/cable network, streaming platform, promotional/media agency or entertainment studio
- Strong interpersonal skills (especially in high stress environments) and professional presence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to translate oral ideas into written pitches
- Experience in project management across linear and digital/social
- Adept problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate creative thinking
- Highly organized, attention to detail, time management skills, ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Team player with the desire to learn and go above and beyond
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, mornings, weekends and/or occasional travel

- Expertise with social platforms including Meta platforms, TikTok, and YouTube
Pay Information
The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $87,100 to $116,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
