What you’ll do:
- Oversee Inquiry Disputes execution and success
- Manage, execute and deliver results on QA findings for inquiry disputes and ensure specialists are following SOPs for intended outcomes
- First point of contact for Inquiry escalations and QA
- Provide suggested SOP updates based on QA observations
- Ensure team is trained on new guidance and aligns with dispute investigations
- Able to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
- Continual process improvement and change management
- Assist with Analysis of portfolio reporting data and identify inconsistencies with Credit Bureau Reporting Policies
- Lead and develop disputes team members
- Lead remediation of issues
- Track performance metrics and hold team accountable to established standards
What you’ll need:
- Prefers bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in credit bureau reporting, dispute resolution, or a related field
- 2+ years of team management experience with direct reports
- Process improvement experience
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of credit bureau reporting regulations, including FCRA
- Ability to lead and work independently
- Experience working in a regulated industry, such as banking or financial services.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of industry standards for Metro 2 format
- Experience working with credit bureau reporting systems, such as Metro 2 validation tools or e-OSCAR
