About the role

The Associate Manager, B2B Sales will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve aggressive revenue targets through strategic account development and customer relationship management. This role requires a proven track record in driving business growth and managing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve aggressive revenue targets
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted account development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of sales professionals
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
