Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of sales professionals
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
