Associate Machine Operator

As an Associate Machine Operator, you will operate and monitor machines routinely used in the production of the organization’s product. You may be involved in the basic set-up, preventative maintenance of equipment, and/or perform finish operations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including QMS, Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, FDA regulations, company policies, and operating procedures.
• May be involved in the basic set-up of equipment.
• Load component materials into product-specific tools and/or perform finishing operations.
• Read and follow operating manuals, maintenance instructions, procedures, work instructions, SOPs, and process control documentation.
• Inspect parts visually with the aid of a microscope and/or dimensionally to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Follow established documentation for product manufacturing and complete required documentation.
• Participate in team activities focusing on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Clean and maintain machinery as necessary.
• Expand skill base through on-the-job training, cross-training, job rotations, and classroom instruction.
• Perform other functions as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum Experience: Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Skills

• Ability to read and understand blueprints with training provided.
• Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Ability to read in English, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions.

Pay

Salary range for this position is $17.45–$25.60 per hour.

Schedule

This is a first-shift position with hours of 5:30 AM–4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
