What You’ll Do
- Distribute emails and complete any research for various department inboxes
- Provide superior, top-quality service to FIRST’s internal and external customers while assisting with the accurate and timely processing of loan agreements within the team
- Help Management when needed with any special reporting and/or projects
- Cooky the execution of daily reports and delegate them out to the team on a daily basis
- Maintain, sort, and prioritize department inboxes, for distribution and including research related to disbursement
- Assist in processing loan agreements accurately and within required timelines
- Verify insurance policies through communication with insurance markets
- Track assigned task and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Support management with special reporting and projects as needed
- Perform all responsibilities to internal and external customers while providing high quality, outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in administrative, customer service, operations, banking, or finance is a plus but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.30 - $22.60 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
