What You’ll Do

  • Distribute emails and complete any research for various department inboxes
  • Provide superior, top-quality service to FIRST’s internal and external customers while assisting with the accurate and timely processing of loan agreements within the team
  • Help Management when needed with any special reporting and/or projects
  • Cooky the execution of daily reports and delegate them out to the team on a daily basis
  • Maintain, sort, and prioritize department inboxes, for distribution and including research related to disbursement
  • Assist in processing loan agreements accurately and within required timelines
  • Verify insurance policies through communication with insurance markets
  • Track assigned task and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Support management with special reporting and projects as needed
  • Perform all responsibilities to internal and external customers while providing high quality, outstanding customer service

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administrative, customer service, operations, banking, or finance is a plus but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.30 - $22.60 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
