Associate Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

  • Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding case updates and legal matters.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to move cases efficiently.
  • Participate in client consultations and case evaluations.
  • Ensure matters are handled professionally while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
  • Approximately 2+ years of litigation experience (strong junior attorneys are encouraged to apply).
  • Experience appearing in court or handling hearings is preferred.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation practice.
  • Must be able to work on-site in San Antonio, TX.

Pay

$80,000-$120,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
