Associate Litigation Attorney
About the role
We are seeking a skilled associate to join our team (now in our 16th year). A strong fit for a California-licensed attorney with at least 5 years of business litigation experience who is organized, tech-savvy, and an effective communicator.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence
- Prepare legal documents for client matters
- Represent clients in court, including arguing motions
- Analyze cases and develop strategies to meet client goals
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on trials, arbitrations, and mediations
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of business litigation experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Proficiency with modern legal technology
