Associate Litigation Attorney
Summary
As an Associate Litigation Attorney, you will perform a variety of tasks including providing assessments and advice, drafting documents, attending court proceedings, and negotiating settlements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Active license in the state for which they will work in
- Membership in Wisconsin Bar
- 3-5 years’ experience preferred
- Minimum 2-year civil law firm experience preferred
- Ability to collaborate and utilize resources
- Possesses leadership skills and the ability to drive results
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of state laws and regulations relevant to motor vehicle repossessions, collections, and repair shop and storage facilities preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Work in a team-oriented environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and Legal Case Management Software

Travel
This position requires travel to courts if needed.

Pay Range
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, and credentials.
