About the role

Join our team as an Associate Linux/Windows Engineer in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. This is a flexible start position within our Technology - Infrastructure, Support + Engineering department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and optimizing server environments on both Linux and Windows platforms.
• Support the development and deployment of new systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and problem resolution.
• Perform routine system checks and backups to ensure data integrity.
• Document processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
