About the Role
Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy based on clinical experience and client needs. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within our EHR system. Participate in individual/group supervision and team consultation meetings. Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client goals. Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Georgia licensure requirements.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Associate licensure (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT) or immediate license eligibility in the state of Georgia.
- A strong desire to work toward full, independent licensure.
- Excellent communication, boundary-setting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic group practice culture.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Immediate license eligibility in the state of Georgia.

Pay
$45 per completed session, with potential for higher pay upon full licensure ($55 per completed session).
