Our Global Capital Markets business is comprised of Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Leveraged Finance and Private Credit (LFPC). We advise clients on a broad range of strategic and tactical goals, including capital structure optimization, equity and debt market positioning and issuance, and investor communication strategies. Our client-first, product-agnostic, approach drives high quality transaction outcomes and long-lasting and productive relationships. LFPC products include leveraged loans, high yield bonds, acquisition and growth financing, corporate debt finance, fund finance, and private credit solutions. The role is dynamic, with each day different than the day before depending on news flow, market conditions, and macro events.
