Associate Lease Specialist ICF

Responsibilities

• Create client folders with company nomenclature
• Customer setup in systems
• Audit of signed commitment letters and ancillary documents, ensuring compliance with business operation policies
• Prepare an internal memo for each lease schedule, documenting credit requirements and required follow-up items
• Update internal logs regularly to keep track of volume and deal flow timelines
• Purchase Order placement with vendor partners
• Obtain and maintain active insurance certificates
• Initiate check requests where applicable and engage with Accounts Payable ensuring payment disbursement
• Have a basic understanding of Insight’s system applications
• Auxiliary work with the Lease Specialist, including schedule documentation and vendor onboarding including ACH detail
• Work on special projects as directed
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as filing, promptly returning phone calls and emails, and reconciliations

Qualifications / Education

• Moderate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel
• Knowledge of Lease Wave, Share Point, and SSRS Reports is a plus
• Minimum High School Graduate or Equivalent
