Associate / Lead Dentist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Dentist to deliver comprehensive, high-quality clinical care in a modern, digitally enabled studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of procedures including restorative, operative, cosmetic, and complex treatments such as implants and endodontics.
• Diagnose the whole person, addressing issues like malocclusion and sleep-disordered breathing, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Depending on experience, serve as an Associate Dentist or take on leadership responsibilities as a Lead Dentist, mentoring team members and enhancing clinical standards.
• Manage a dynamic schedule, ensure exceptional patient experiences, and collaborate closely with the team to optimize studio performance.

Qualifications

• A DDS or DMD degree
• Active license
• CPR/BLS
• DEA registration
• Invisalign certification
• Relevant clinical experience
