Job Summary
The Associate, Investor Relations plays a key support and client-facing role within the firm’s non-core investment services business line. This position supports Business Development leaders by delivering high-quality client service, coordinating day-to-day account and reporting activities, and preparing polished, client-ready materials that support both ongoing relationships and new business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding and ongoing service activities, including documentation, data collection, and coordination with internal teams.
- Work with investment data across fixed income and equity strategies—including analytics, returns, portfolio characteristics, and insurance-related structures—to support the preparation of client and prospect materials.
- Prepare, customize, and distribute recurring and ad hoc client reports, performance materials, and presentation decks.
- Aid in the creation and maintenance of sales and business development materials, including pitchbooks, proposal content, fact sheets, educational presentations, and client-ready presentations.
- Maintain and update internal templates, reports, and standard materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with branding and compliance standards.
- Cook up with internal teams (including investment management, operations, analytics, marketing, and compliance) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of client and sales-related deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client meetings, calls, presentations, webinars, and prospect interactions, including preparation and presentation of materials and follow-up items.
- Track service requests, deadlines, and action items to ensure service standards and business development timelines are met.
- Maintain internal records, CRM updates, and required documentation in accordance with firm policies.
- Contribute to process improvements, service efficiencies, and enhancements to internal workflows and resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Zero (0) to three (3) years of experience in financial services, client service, or sales support.
- Interest in investments, portfolio management, or financial institutions.
- Familiarity with investment products, client reporting, or sales support materials is a plus.
- Knowledge of credit union or bank investment regulations is helpful but not required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with CRM or reporting tools is a plus.
