About the role

The Senior Director, Investor Marketing leads integrated marketing programs to grow revenue, increase market share and enhance the Firm’s brand. The role collaborates closely with the Investor Partners Group, Human Resources and the Sponsor Finance Team to develop strategic marketing plans in line with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IPG, Product Specialists, Events and Shared Services Teams to support large-scale channel marketing programs.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and assist in communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Digital Team to execute email campaigns for various audiences via Eloqua and manage workflow for content creation, list generation and email distribution.
  • Manage and update channel-specific website content and provide proactive reviews and updates of collateral and webpages.
  • Project manage and prepare content and marketing materials for conferences and events in partnership with various internal stakeholder groups.
  • Track, analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs to help measure success and inform future campaigns.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, communicate post-meeting action items and drive follow-through on key action items to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support the Head of Marketing and the Investor Marketing Team on various marketing projects and functional team operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar financial services marketing role.
  • Knowledge of alternative investment sales processes and products is preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and be accountable for multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver traditional and digital marketing solutions working as part of a team in collaboration with multiple business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft SharePoint and CMS systems (e.g., Seismic) is a plus.
  • Strong relationship building skills based on trust and strong work product.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work, with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, limitations and appropriate use of AI generated outputs.
  • Enthusiastic about working in office and creating a Gold Standard hybrid work culture.

  • Identifies relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and interprets data to evaluate marketing programs and inform strategy and business decisions.

Compensation And Benefits

For New York Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $100,000 to $120,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
