About the role
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, Investment Sales at TerraCRG located in Brooklyn, NY. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to commercial property investment sales, including market analysis, property valuation, client management, and deal negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Develop professional expertise in business development through structured training sessions, real-time on the job training, and industry leader observation.
- Operate within the Specialization approach, focusing on specific territories and asset types – promoting collaboration and information sharing, while eliminating internal deal competition.
- Work directly alongside highly successful and tenured transaction professionals and associates.
- Secure and maintain a New York State real estate license; Salesperson or Associate Broker (not required for interview process).
- Market Analysis, Property Valuation, and Deal Negotiation skills.
- Client Management and Relationship Building.
- Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Coachable and receptive to feedback.
- Absorb and apply best practices from industry leaders.
- Comfortable with hands-on sales and marketing activities including extensive cold calling.
- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry.
- Experienced in investment sales or commercial real estate industry.
- Organized and proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Qualifications
- Must secure and maintain a New York State real estate license; Salesperson or Associate Broker (not required for interview process).
- Must be passionate about sales, marketing, and the Brooklyn real estate market.
- Must be coachable and receptive to feedback.
- Must be a team player with integrity.
- Must be comfortable with hands-on sales and marketing activities including extensive cold calling.
- Must have strong written and communication skills and a basic understanding of finance.
- Must have superb organization skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Must possess excellent communication skills; written and spoken.
- A bachelor’s degree in real estate, marketing, business, or finance is helpful but not required.

Pay
Earning Potential: This is an independent contractor, 100% commission-only based position, offering significant un-capped earning potential. Six-figure estimated earning potential within several years of consistent business development.
