Job Responsibilities
- Own daily cash, par, and non-custody reconciliation processes across investment portfolios.
- Lead investigations into complex operational exceptions and coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts.
- Identify systemic issues and implement control enhancements to improve operational resilience.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to operational controls to strengthen governance and reduce risk.
- Partner with various departments to resolve complex operational issues and improve workflows.
- Review fund administrator processing for accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Contribute to initiatives to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive system enhancements, platform migrations, and new business implementations.
- Develop operational metrics and dashboards for performance and risk insights.
- Drive strategic projects and represent Investment Operations in project meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience in investment operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of operational controls and risk management.
- Proficiency in leveraging automation, data analytics, and process optimization.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with system enhancements and technology-enabled solutions.
Pay
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000, Plus Bonus
