We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes duties summary, requirements, qualifications, etc. There's no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create those sections. We need to include sections for maybe "About the role" (maybe from duties summary?), "Responsibilities" (duties), "Requirements", "Qualifications". Also maybe "Skills" if present? There's mention of desired experience, but not explicit skills. Could treat "Desired Experience" as part of Qualifications. We'll include sections: About the role (maybe from duties summary?), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (basic qualification requirements), Qualifications (education/experience). Ensure we don't repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. Also remove duplicated lines. We'll need to extract substantive content. Let's parse the posting: First paragraph: "Duties Summary This position is being filled under a stream-lined hiring authority, Title 21 of the United States Code (21 US Code 379d-3a) as amended by the 21st Century Cures Act of 2016, section 3072 and the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023, Section 3624. The candidate selected for this position will serve under a career or career-conditional appointment and be paid under the provisions of this authority. This position is being recruited based on the Title 21 Pay Table 1, Band W (GS-7 equivalent)." That's more about hiring authority, not duties. Then "Requirements Qualifications In order to qualify for the Associate Investigator position which falls under the 0696 occupational Series, you must meet the following requirements by 11:59 pm EST on 10/01/2026: Basic Qualification Requirements: This Investigator job family covers professional positions that conduct inspections in FDA regulated industries and prepare and submit reports accompanied by supporting evidence documenting violations of the FD&C Act and other laws, regulations, and requirements administered by FDA. Potential sections: - About the role: maybe the description of the position (the duties summary and description of what investigators do). Could be "About the role" includes the mission description. - Responsibilities: list of duties (examine products, collect samples, conduct inspections, apply critical thinking, maintain certification, provide outreach, mentor). Could be bullet list. - Requirements: maybe the deadline and basic qualification requirements? Actually "Requirements" heading could include the deadline and basic qualification requirements? But we already have "Qualifications". The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which sections have content. We have content for: - About the role: description of the position's purpose, mission, location, etc. - Responsibilities: duties list. - Requirements: maybe the eligibility deadline and basic qualification requirements? Actually "Basic Qualification Requirements" is more like qualifications. But we can treat "Requirements" as the eligibility criteria (deadline, citizenship? not given). There's a deadline: "by 11:59 pm EST on 10/01/2026". Also maybe the hiring authority details? Could be considered requirements. But we also have "Qualifications": education/experience requirements, desired experience. - Skills: maybe the desired experience bullet points could be considered skills. Could create a Skills section from the desired experience bullet list. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So we need to ensure each section has real content. Let's extract: About the role: Could combine the hiring authority description, mission statement, location, agency description. Eg: "This position is being filled under a stream-lined hiring authority, Title 21 of the United States Code (21 US Code 379d-3a) as amended by the 21st Century Cures Act of 2016, section 3072 and the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023, Section 3624. The candidate selected for this position will serve under a career or career-conditional appointment and be paid under the provisions of this authority. This position is being recruited based on the Title 21 Pay Table 1, Band W (GS-7 equivalent)." Also include description of FDA mission etc. That seems appropriate. Responsibilities: bullet list of duties: examine products; collect samples; conduct inspections; gather information and evidence; apply critical thinking to evaluate manufacturing processes, design practices, facility and material controls, supply chains, quality management systems, laboratory analyses, and clinical investigation programs; maintain required certification and credentials; provide internal and external stakeholder outreach, assistance, and education; may mentor less experienced personnel. Also maybe "investigates and/or inspects FDA-regulated industry globally and evaluates compliance with U.S. laws and regulations". That's more about role but could be responsibilities. Requirements: maybe the deadline and basic qualification requirements? Actually basic qualification requirements is more like qualifications. But we can put the deadline and maybe the hiring authority as requirements? However the instruction says "Requirements" heading for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can put the eligibility deadline and maybe the citizenship? Not given. Could put the deadline as a paragraph. Also maybe the "Basic Qualification Requirements" paragraph describing the job family could be considered requirements? But that seems more like description of what the job entails. Might be better to put that under About the role or Responsibilities. Qualifications: education/experience requirements, desired experience. Skills: maybe the desired experience bullet points (critical thinking, computer applications, investigations using scientific method) could be considered skills. We must avoid duplication. Let's structure:
