Associate Inventory Clerk - Claims Processing

About the Role

Working under the direction of the Manager of Claims, this position is responsible for receiving and entering documents into the inventory database. The Associate Inventory Clerk is also responsible for filing these claims in the Inventory Room for First In, First Out (FIFO) retrieval. Performs duties in accordance with guidelines set forth in the Claims Industry to ensure compliance with AB1455 and departmental policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter documents into the inventory database.
• File claims in the Inventory Room for First In, First Out (FIFO) retrieval.
• Perform duties in accordance with Claims Industry guidelines to ensure compliance with AB1455 and departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

• One year of general clerical experience in an office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Clerical experience within the Health Care Industry.
• Experience as a Support Services Clerk.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.56 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Full time, Day shift.
