Associate, Integration and Test Engineer
Essential Functions
- Execute and assist in developing detailed test plans, procedures and cases based on system requirements.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track defects through to resolution.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software performance/functionality meets the high standards required for L3Harris operations.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers and senior Integration & Test Engineers to identify system requirements for Validation & Verification.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, test methodology and potential problems.
- Analyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School diploma and 4 years of experience.
- Active U.S. DoW Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Active U.S. DoW Secret security clearance.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including System Models based in SysML.
- Active Security+ CE certification
- Basic knowledge of the Space Domain Awareness enterprise and engineering efforts.
- Familiarity with MBSE/Eggplant and similar testing tools as well as DoW testing requirements.
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence (or equivalent)
- Experience in Scaled Agile Framework & DevSecOps methodology
- Proficiency in Linux
- Proficiency in Test Automation software
Pay
The salary range for this role in Colorado state is $59,000-$110,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
