About the role
Taft is seeking a team-oriented associate to join its Insurance Litigation practice in the Atlanta office.
Responsibilities
- Handling complex litigation legal matters
- Drafting legal documents
- Analyzing insurance coverage issues (including CGL, umbrella, and excess policies)
- Representing clients in complex insurance coverage disputes
- Experience with policyholder insurance recovery litigation
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience with policyholder insurance recovery litigation.
Qualifications
Three or four years of insurance litigation experience, including:
- Handling complex litigation legal matters
- Drafting legal documents
- Analyzing insurance coverage issues (including CGL, umbrella, and excess policies)
- Representing clients in complex insurance coverage disputes
