Position Responsibilities
- Help create engaging training materials, including classroom, e-learning and video content for Uline's sales team.
- Partner with subject matter experts and conduct research to create clear, effective learning experiences.
- Build your instructional design skills working with industry-leading learning and content development tools.
- Develop support resources such as product knowledge assessments, job aids and training communications.
- Attend sales meetings and trainings to identify learning needs and future topic opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree. A great opportunity for recent grads!
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
