Institutional Relationship Development
- Manage and develop early-stage institutional relationships.
- Qualify opportunities and identify client needs.
- Support client meetings and proposal development.
- Aid in institutional coverage initiatives across targeted sectors.
- Develop expertise in FX markets, forwards, and institutional hedging strategies.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and market intelligence efforts.
Client Service & Internal Partnership
- Partner with trading and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline.
- Create qualified pipeline and manage opportunity progression.
- Enhance client engagement quality and relationship development.
- Advance product knowledge.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in institutional sales, financial services, or capital markets.
- Working understanding of institutional investment structures.
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building ability.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Strong interest in FX, capital markets, and institutional investing.
- Series 63/65 or equivalent licensing (or willingness to obtain).
