Associate Inside Sales Executive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with existing Greenway Health clients to determine their individual needs and offer solutions.
- Discover sales opportunities, follow up on sales leads, and coordinate with customers to increase overall bookings in an assigned territory.
Education And Experience
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field or applicable professional experience preferred.
- Six (6)+ months experience in the internal Assistant Sales Associate Role required.
- One (1)+ years sales experience or related healthcare industry experience preferred.
Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Knowledge of, and interest in, current healthcare business challenges, products, and sales practices.
- Tech savvy and strong initiative to learn physician workflow and industry items that impact Greenway customers.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of how to use Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Previous experience with customer relationship software (CRM) is preferred.
- Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Goal-oriented aptitude is required.
- Strong relationship and customer service skills required.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
- Primarily a sedentary job.
- Requires sitting for most of the workday.
- Must be able to observe a computer screen for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates.
